Essential fatty acids – in the morning or in the evening?

ω-3- and ω-6-fatty acids from linseed, kiwi seed, evening primrose, borage and rosehip oil as well as phosphatidylcholine have an effective anti-inflammatory effect and are also effective for irritated red skin. A prerequisite for their effectiveness, however, is that they are applied in the evening and not under sun exposure. The availability for the skin increases with decreasing droplet size of the oils, i.e. nanodispersions are particularly effective.
